ITINERARY
DAY 1 | Thursday TBA – Meet us in Berry!
Your getaway gets underway with the traditional gathering of the guys @ 3pm at the Berry Village Boutique Motel.
Then we're out on foot to explore this delightful village. We’ll pop into the a-little-bit-gorgeous local growers market with its pastries and produce and gins and vinos, and then partake in a sunset sesh of barefoot bowls before dashing back to the hotel to freshen up for tonight's gourmet dining experience.
You'll savour this divine, 3-course private dinner prepared and presented by renowned local chef, Brent Strong. Brent needs no introduction in this neck of the woods, having built a tremendous reputation on the South Coast over many years. He brings a passion for locally sourced ingredients and innovative cuisine to the tables of Harvest Berry Mountain. Yum.
It wouldn't seem right not to pop into the historic Berry Hotel for a nightcap on the short walk home. What a way to bring day one to a very satisfying close.

DAY 2 | TBA – Up and at 'em, Sunshine!
Sorry-not-sorry about the sparrow's start this morning because, after an early breakfast, we're off by private transfer to Drawing Room Rocks and a short bushwalk.
The walk takes just 30-minutes each way, mostly uphill going in, and you'll enjoy astonishing views over Kangaroo Valley and Berry from the edge of the Illawarra escarpment.
Famished? Parched? Never fear, intrepid adventurer, we're off to the divine Hampden Deli in Kangaroo Valley—a hotbed of pickling and baking and delicious things—for morning tea. Pro-tip? Best you fuel-up here, Muscles, before we get physical again.
We wind the morning away on a Kangaroo Valley kayak adventure. From historic Hampden Bridge—the oldest suspension bridge in Australia—we'll paddle five pretty river-kilometres / 90mins to the Bendeela picnic area, testing your skills on gentle sections of rapids along the way.
Enjoy a late but hearty and well-deserved lunch [own expense] at Kangaroo Valley’s historic Friendly Inn pub—a favourite among locals and travellers alike. Save room for another Guys Adventures’ flourish—a private wine tasting on the jetty at Cambewarra Estate Winery—before we transfer to our new digs at Holiday Haven Huskisson Beach.
After some free time, we'll walk to the South Coast Food and Wine Festival at nearby White Sands Park, and settle in for an evening of great food and refreshments aplenty. This evening is at your own expense.

DAY 3 | TBA – Neil Perry Day.
This morning we head off to Hyams Beach Store & Café for breakfast [own expense], and to feel the renowned powdery white Hyams Beach sand between our toes.
A short wander along bush tracks and the coastline will bring us to Little Hyams, Chinamens and Greenfields beaches. It'll be a bit brisk, but bring your swimmers and take an invigorating dip in the clear waters of Jervis Bay World Heritage Marine Park.
We'll then transfer from Greenfield Beach back to Holiday Haven Huskisson Beach to spruce up for our "Long Tabled" Neil Perry lunch at the new Pavilion @ Huskisson Hotel just a short walk away.
Neil effing Perry. #EnoughSaid
After some down-time in the afternoon, we're heading back to our little VIP area at the South Coast Food and Wine Festival. What you do for tea is up to you. The world is your oyster. There will definitely be oysters.

DAY 4 | Sunday 20 March 2022 – A Fun-Filled Final Day.
Sadly, we'll be checking out of our Husky lodgings this morning but—on the upside—we still have many good things planned.
Breakfast is at leisure/own expense, but we have table reservations at the delightful 5 Little Pigs in Huskisson if that tickles your final day fancy.
At 10.00, we'll set off on our private Stand-Up Paddle tour. Weather and tide permitting, we'll explore the Myola river mouth with a local indigenous guide.
Then we're off to grab a growler or snatch a squealer from the brilliant Jervis Bay Brewing Co. We'll have a private beer tasting with Paul—the owner—taking us through the amazing local brews. Grab a food truck lunch here [own expense] before your trip's final adrenaline-pumping adventure.
We're headed for a private zip-lining sesh at Australia's first tree & cliff edge experience at Nowra Shoalhaven Park, by the banks of the Shoalhaven River!
When you come back to earth, we'll zip you to Bomaderry Train Station to say our 'Guys' goodbyes and hop on a train back to Berry or up to Sydney. Train departs Bomaderry @ 1630.
